Listerine.com needed to update its E-commerce function to provide more options and display products contextually. The brand wanted to provide easier and more direct solutions for users to look up products and find out “where to buy.”

The user testing revealed that the swipe-up-to-purchase design was clearly the easiest solution for most users.

User testing revealed that the swipe-up-to-purchase design was clearly the easiest solution for most users.

Displaying and taking users to the right place for discontinued products had to be sorted out. The team had to revisit the site’s taxonomy and its user flow. Parallel to the “Where to buy” effort, the team came up with a solution that offers users more options when they land on a discontinued product.

As a part of CRM efforts, the brand wanted to add a non-invasive device to capture user data. The first-time visitor pop-up was added to the arrival page.
